TERMS OF AGREEMENT

If selected, I agree to attend scheduled meetings and be an active participant in Student Board activities and events. I am aware that this is a full year commitment. I understand that a lack of participation greatly diminishes the Student Board program and that I may be dismissed from the board should my participation fall below program standards. I will make my best effort to obtain information from the appropriate sources and continue my support if I have missed a meeting.
